WORK DESCRIPTION: KITCHEN RENOVATION

  1. Remove the existing counter tops and cabinets.
  2. Remove the existing wall and floor tiles.
  3. Remove the existing ceiling.
  4. Carry out building alterations (brickwork,
    windows, doors etc)
  5. Alteration to the water and waste pipes for the new position of the sink.
  6. Alteration to the water and waste pipes for the new position of
    the preparation basin.
  7. Alteration to the water and waste pipes for the washing machine. Install
    the shut off tap.
  8. Alteration to the water and waste pipes for the dish washer. Install
    the shut off tap.
  9. Electrician to install new cables etc for the new lights, power
    points and stove/oven power supply.
  10. Preparation to the walls and floor for tiling and skim plasters.
  11. Install the new ceiling boards and skim plaster with one coat
    Rhino Lite.
  12. Apply a Rhino Lite plaster to exposed walls
  13. Tile the floor and grout.

At this stage
the kitchen units to be installed and the counter tops positioned.

  1. Tile the walls and grout.
  2. Tile the kick plinths and grout.
  3. Install the ceiling cornice.
  4. Install the sink and preparation basin, connect to the water and waste.
  5. Preparation for and paint the ceiling, walls, windows, doors and
    frames.
  6. Electrician to complete electrics. Install stove and ovens.
  7. Install the wall fittings (towel
    rails etc)     and silicone seal at sink, basin and counter tops.
  8. Install the washing machine, dish washer and fridge freezer.
  9. Remove the contract refuse and surplus materials from site on
    completion.

NOTES

  1. All items removed from the Kitchen remains the property of the
    owner. If so required, IG Home will arrange for Hospice to collect them for
    their fund raising campaigns.
  2. All electrical work should be carried out by a qualified
    Electrician.
  3. IG Home will arrange for all of the above if so instructed.
